D1 - Numerology Forecast – Future Trends Based On Birth Date

Numerology Forecast

Do you wish to know what are your general prospects in love, work and health in the next year?

Which days in next year will be favorable for new beginnings, creative work, finances, dating, entertainment, spending time with family, finishing old stuff...?

What challenges await you in this and the next life period?

All this you can find out from numerology cycles numbers, which can be calculated from your birth day and current calendar dates.

CYCLE NUMBERS

In nature, everything revolves in cycles, and by observing those cycles we can foresee the future. If we know the cycle of yearly seasons, for example, we can foretell in winter that spring will come again.

In numerology, this universal law is expressed by cycle numbers that reveal our future.

Cycle numbers constantly rotate in our life in different intervals – in nine-year cycles, yearly, monthly, daily… When cycles change, they also effect changes in our thinking and feeling, and consequently influence our decisions. This is so because in each cycle our different qualities and characteristics come to light.

Of course, cycle numbers also reveal the present and the past - with their help we can better understand our previous and present activities, too.

Cycle numbers are calculated from digits of one's birth date and current date, so they are counted among the date numbers.

PERSONAL AND UNIVERSAL CYCLE NUMBERS

Cycle numbers can be personal or universal.

Universal cycle numbers are based on current calendar dates and effect all people. These are the Universal Year, the Universal Month and the Universal Day. They describe the world trends that influence all people in a given year, month, or day.

Personal cycle numbers, on the other hand, are based on our birth date, so their influence is personal. If we are in tune with our personal cycles, we will more easily attain our goals.

Some personal cycle numbers influence us through longer periods; these are Life Cycle, Pinnacles and Life Challenges numbers. Since they reveal long-term trends in one's life, they have greater weight and are usually considered firstly in a numerology analysis.

The Life Cycles numbers represent the three main periods in our life. The Pinnacles numbers describe our main life opportunities, while Life Challenges numbers depict our main life lessons. Life Cycles are the foundation for the Pinnacles and Life Challenges, but the latter are more strongly felt.

The remaining personal cycle numbers change more often and influence us in different days, months, or years. Among them, the Personal Year has the greatest weight; it indicates the personal trends and conditions that we can expect in the following year. While the influence of the Personal Day and the Personal Month numbers is shorter, they can help us greatly in making decisions that await us on particular days and months.

CYCLES ARE LIKE WAVES

The influence of cycle numbers is similar to waves. Just as a wave starts with a gradual rise, slowly culminating to a climax - perhaps maintaining its position for a period of time - but eventually decreasing until dissolved completely - cycles, in numerology, also enter the picture gradually, they mature and stay for a while, then slowly disappear.

In addition, cycles overlap each other during the first and last periods of their existence. When one cycle is born and begins its gradual rise toward maturity, the old cycle is still alive and kicking, albeit slowly dying.

LIFE CYCLE NUMBERS
-
seeding, ripening and harvesting in our life

If we live long enough, we go through three great periods on our life path. In numerology, these three periods and their main features are described by the numbers of Life Cycles.

Our First Life Cycle covers the early part of our life; it lasts about thirty years. The first Life Cycle, which can be compared to growing of the seed, finds us groping to find our true nature; at the same time, we are trying to cope with the powerful forces that are present in our environment, our parents and the socio-economic conditions of our family, for example. However, during childhood, the effect of this cycle is minimal due to the many outside influences - it becomes more noticeable mainly from our late teens.

The change from the First to the Second Life Cycle can be surprising because it is the first such change in our life.

Our Second Life Cycle can be compared to ripening of the fruit. This cycle in the middle period of our lives brings about the slow emergence of our individual and creative talents. The initial part of this cycle - the early and mid 30's - represents a struggle to find our place in the world, while the late 30's, 40's, and early 50's, sees us with a greater degree of self-mastery and influence over the environment.

The Second Life Cycle lasts 27 years, after which it begins to fade, and the influence of the Third Life Cycle begins to show. During this transition, we can expect a major change in our life.

The Third, or final Life Cycle, which can be compared with the harvest, can represent a flowering of our inner being, such that our true nature has finally come to fruition. It is during this period that one has the greatest degree of self-expression and power. Accumulated knowledge and experience make wise decisions more likely.

CALCULATING THE LIFE CYCLES NUMBERS

The numbers of our Life Cycles are obtained by reducing the numbers of the day, month and year of our birth:

  • Number of the First Life Cycle is the sum total of one's birth month.
  • Number of the Second Life Cycle is the sum total of one's day of birth.
  • Number of the Third Life Cycle is the sum total of one's birth year.

Each of these three numbers is reduced (if necessary) until we get to a one-digit number (or a master number 11 or 22).

Example of a person born on the 14th of June 1966:
First Life Cycle: June = 6
Second Life Cycle: 14 = 1 + 4 = 5
Third Life Cycle: 1966 = 1 + 9 + 6 + 6 = 22

Note: It is possible that two or three of our Life Cycles numbers are equal.

LIFE CYCLES' DURATION

The timing of the First Life Cycle begins at birth and continues until at least when in astrological progression the Moon has returned to its original place in the birth chart. This is at least 28 years, and at most 36 years.

The exact duration of the First Life Cycle is calculated by deducting the number of our Life Path (our date of birth, reduced to a single digit) from the number 37. Possible exceptions are highly spiritually developed persons whose Life Path is a master number 11 or 22. In their case, the Life Path 11 or 22 is not reduced, and therefore their First Life Cycle lasts only 27 or 16 years. Those elevated souls become mature much earlier in life.

The Second Life Cycle always lasts 27 years, or three full 9-years epicycles. And then comes the Third Life Cycle which lasts until the end of one's life.

PINNACLES NUMBERS
-
major turning points in our lives

We are all inherently subject to major, crucial changes in our lives that are like milestones. In numerology, these monumental turns on our life path are called Pinnacles (or Turning Points by some numerologists).

Pinnacles give us the necessary change of pace and direction that is stimulating and hopeful. If it weren't for these big transformations in life, the highly successful would become apathetic, and those struggling would soon feel totally hopeless. The Pinnacles indicate those periods when a breakthrough is possible, when the prevailing energies can be instantly and completely transformed.

Pinnacles are like tests that we must pass before proceeding forward. Each Pinnacle represents a particular lesson we are working on - specific attributes that must be assimilated into our being. We have to measure up to the demands and opportunities the Pinnacle presents to us. It forces us to deal with its qualities and, in the process, it shapes us.

The Pinnacles show points of choice where we need to make decisions. The happiness that we feel in a given Pinnacle period depends on the choices we’ve made and the skills we’ve developed in previous Pinnacle.

The transition from one Pinnacle to the next is always strongly felt. At that time, unexpected changes or the sudden ups and downs can occur when everything had seemed to be going smoothly. We may find that what used to work well for us in the past, really isn't having the same positive effect in our present.

Our changing Pinnacles point out new influences and experiences that are strengthening our character. Therefore, it is best to adopt new attitudes and behaviors that allow these influences to manifest more easily.

It is useful to look ahead and prepare for our Pinnacles so that we can maximize their gifts to us and shape them into the most positive learning experiences.

THE FOUR PINNACLES

There are four Pinnacles in one's life. They express four major phases of living and indicate the direction we will travel during these phases. They can be compared with four seasons, which always carry major changes with them.

We find that the energy present in the First Pinnacle develops our character. It is there for very personal reasons. This is a time when we develop our egos and define our sense of self. You might call this the springtime of life. In our childhood and youth, we develop many patterns that help us find a place in the world around us. Although these patterns are mostly just our response to the environment, they are so deeply engraved on our psyche that we completely identify with them. Therefore, in latter years we often hold onto the beliefs created during this time period.

The Second Pinnacle represents the summer of life. The energy found in this pinnacle influences our relationships with our family members and the way we direct responsibility where others are involved. This Pinnacle represents a productive time of life and prepares us for our next Pinnacle.

In the Third Pinnacle, also known as "middle age", we mature and enter the autumn cycle of life. This period can be a wonderfully productive time of life and our Maturity Number often begins to make sense. We usually broaden our experiences to include a more global awareness as well.

In the Fourth Pinnacle, or the winter cycle, we embrace deeper fulfillment as we expand our awareness to include a broader definition of spiritual understanding. This is an integrative time of life. The last Pinnacle wants to bring rewards and opportunities to use the knowledge gained through our life’s experience.

TRANSITIONS BETWEEN PINNACLES

The transition from one Pinnacle to the next is usually felt already two years in advance. The latter part of that two year period is particularly strong. It is likely that one will make some life-altering decisions - marriage, job or career change, or any number of major changes in one's character.

Perhaps the most strongly felt change - internally as well as externally - is the transition from the First to the Second Pinnacle. This change usually takes place in our late 20's or early 30's. This is usually a difficult transition, but once crossed usually provides a clear sense of direction in one's life. It also gives us a much firmer sense of our identity. It is a gateway to maturity. The change to the Second Pinnacle can be surprising because it is the first such change in our life.

The change from the Second to the Third Pinnacle happens during mid-career, when the person is around 40 years old. It is one reason some people suddenly feel the need to change careers.

The change from the Third to the Fourth Pinnacle happens during the second half of a person's career, when one is around 50 years old. It can influence a person to change careers even this late in life.

The Fourth Pinnacle lasts until our personal transition from physical to spiritual. It starts when we are around 60 years old, near the end of our career. It will influence our retirement or later years.

A Pinnacle change always takes place during the 9 and the 1 Personal Years, which signify the end and the beginning of nine-year epicycles. While we go through numerous nine-year cycles, each one of which causes changes in the beginning and the end, the Pinnacle changes mark especially intense episodes of transformation in our personal lives.

CALCULATING THE PINNACLES' NUMBERS

The numbers of Pinnacles are obtained by adding the three elements of one's birth date in different ways:

  • The First Pinnacle number is the sum of one's day and month of birth.
  • The Second Pinnacle number is the sum of one's day and year of birth.
  • The Third Pinnacle number is the sum of the First and the Second Pinnacle.
  • The Fourth Pinnacle number is the sum of one's month and year of birth.

Each of these four numbers is reduced (if necessary) until we get to a one-digit number (or a master number 11 or 22).

Example of a person born on the 14th of June 1966:
First Pinnacle: 1 + 4 + 6 = 11
Second Pinnacle: 1 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 6 + 6 = 27 = 2 + 7 = 9
Third Pinnacle: 11 + 9 = 20 = 2 + 0 = 2
Four Pinnacle: 6 + 1 + 9 + 6 + 6 = 28 = 2 + 8 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1

Note: Two or three of our Pinnacles numbers can be equal.

DURATION OF PINNACLES

Like the First Life Cycle, the First Pinnacle also lasts somewhere from the age of 28 and up to the age of 36. It is also calculated in the same way - by deducting the number of our Life Path (our date of birth, reduced to a single digit) from the number 37. Possible exceptions are highly spiritually developed persons whose Life Path is a master number 11 or 22. In their case, the Life Path 11 or 22 is not reduced, and therefore their First Pinnacle lasts only 27, or 16 years. Those elevated souls become mature much earlier in life.

The Second and Third Pinnacle each lasts nine years, or one full epicycle. The Fourth and last Pinnacle will stay with us for the remainder of our life.

LIFE CHALLENGES
-
important challenges in our life

Everyone is born with special lessons to be learned. Again, our full birth date has inherent in it two Minor Life Challenges that are usually presented to us earlier in life, and a Major Life Challenge that is lifelong but which we will probably get to master only later in life.

Challenges may at first present themselves to us as external obstacles to our progress, but they arise from the deficiencies that we are born with, parts that are lacking or underdeveloped. These are tendencies within that challenge us by either an exaggeration of the associated qualities or a lack of them, both of which are extremes which need to be brought into a healthy balance - either by self control and moderation or by concerted effort to conquer the inner resistance to their expression. We must bring both extremes into a healthy balance: first with self-control and sustainability, the other by overcoming internal resistance that prevents their expression.

This takes willpower and may sometimes feel as if we are going against the grain, but it pays off abundantly in terms of progress and success in life. As we tackle each challenge, our fears are pushed back, our scope enlarges, and we feel more comfortable in the world.

THREE LIFE CHALLENGES

The Life Challenges are fluid periods of our life, not confined to specific years so much as the Life Cycles and the Pinnacles:

  • The First Minor Life Challenge moves to the foreground in the early part of one's life, during one's First Life Cycle.
  • The Second Minor Life Challenge will be felt most intensely in the middle part of one's life, during one's Second Life Cycle.
  • The Major Life Challenge is felt during one's entire life, but we usually work on it most intensely during our Third Life Cycle, after we have already mastered both minor challenges.

The Major Life Challenge carries much weight, and is more strongly felt than the other two Challenges. As we master this challenge, our life will come more and more under our own control. We will incorporate the positive aspects of the challenge into our character. This is its purpose in the first place. Therefore, there is implicit in the challenge a chance for great reward. In short, this may be the secret to our success.

CALCULATING THE LIFE CHALLENGES NUMBERS

Using numerology, we can calculate the numbers that represent the three important challenges in our life.

  • The number of First Minor Life Challenge is derived by deducting the month of birth from the day of birth (which are both first reduced to single digit).
  • The number of Second Minor Life Challenge is derived by deducting the year of birth from the day of birth (which are both first reduced to single digit).
  • The number of Major Life Challenge is derived by deducting the Second Minor Life Challenge from the First Minor Life Challenge.

If the result of deduction is a negative number, the minus sign is disregarded.

In calculating Life Challenges, possible results are numbers from zero to eight.

Note: Two or three of one's Life Challenges numbers can be equal.

Example of a person born on the 14th of June 1966:
First Minor Life Challenge: (1 + 4 = 5) – 6 = 5 – 6 = –1 = 1
Second Minor Life Challenge: (1 + 4 = 5) – (1 + 9 + 6 + 6 = 22 = 2 + 2 = 4) = 5 – 4 = 1
Major Life Challenge: 1 – 1 = 0

PERSONAL YEAR NUMBERS
-
the energies that accompany us from one birthday to the next

At the beginning of each year, things change. Our internal urges shift. Our priorities may change. These changes are reflected by numerology numbers of Personal Year and Universal Year, which reveal to us what we can expect in a given year.

Personal Year numbers go in a recurring nine-year cycles or epicycles of development, beginning from our birth date. Each epicycle has a particular character that is distinguished by the opportunities offered, and by the lessons to be learned during that period. Each epicycle has its natural rhythm and flow, gradually developing in nine stages - Personal Years.

A short description of a nine-year cycle: Personal Year One is a year of new beginnings, seed-planting, and high energy. A Two Personal Year is a year of relationships, sensitivity, and cooperation. Personal Year Three is characterized by creativity, motivation, and inspiration. Year Four is a year of hard work, discipline, and opportunities. Personal Year Five is for change, freedom, and unpredictability. In Year Six main themes are responsibility, domestic affairs, and service. Year Seven is a year of contemplation, self-awareness, and spiritual atonement. In Personal Year Eight we can expect reward, respect, and recognition. And the Nine Personal Year is a year of completion, release, and transformation.

HOW TO USE OUR PERSONAL YEARS

Keeping our activities in tune with our Personal Years vibrations can make our existence more harmonious and keep our unfoldment upon its intended track. By knowing these vibrations we can realize that it is best to go with the flow. Instead of fighting the forces naturally at work and wanting something that is not currently available, it is better to accept the current situation and strive to achieve our goals in a long-term perspective.

Personal Years are also a good way to predict the future - not as a fortune-telling, but as a reliable indicator of the trends and circumstances that await us in the coming year. The number of our Personal Year can assist us in making important business and life decisions in the year ahead.

Also, if we prepare ourselves and are ready for the opportunities that will come up in each year then we stand to benefit greatly. For example, if we meet someone in a number one Personal Year, we can get to know him or her better and perhaps enter into a stronger and more meaningful relationship in the next Personal Year - a number two year which is about partnerships and cooperation.

By parallel examination of both Personal and Universal Year numbers we get more complete picture of the opportunities and challenges in coming years.

CALCULATING THE PERSONAL YEAR NUMBERS

Personal Year begins and ends with one's birthday, so it does not coincide with the calendar year, unless one was born on the first of January. The influence of new Personal Year is already felt about two months before one's birthday, while the old Personal Year slowly withers away.

In numerology, the number of Personal Year is derived by summing up the day of birth, the month of birth and the current calendar year.

First we add all the digits of one's birth day and birth month, and then reduce the sum to a single digit number. Then we sum the digits of the current year, and again reduce the sum to a single digit number. Finally, we add both of the sums and then reduce the sum total (if necessary) until we get to a one-digit number (or a master number 11 or 22).

Example: Calculating a Personal Year in 2016 calendar year for a person born on the 14th of June 1966:

1 + 4 + 6 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2
2 + 0 + 1 + 6 = 9
2 + 9 = 11

PERSONAL MONTH NUMBERS
-
our numbers by each month

Within the year, each month has its own vibration, which effects our thinking and feeling at that time. These vibrations are reflected by our Personal Month numbers. If we know these numbers, we also know what to expect and how to act in months ahead of us.

Just as we evolve through nine-year cycles of Personal Years, so, too, do we experience nine-month cycles of Personal Months. The monthly influence is important because of its short cycle and because it tends to change things with new possibilities for us every month.

A short description of a nine-month cycle: Personal Month One is favorable for starting new projects; we are in the spotlight this month. In Personal Month Two we can clear up the small details, and we need to be kind to our friends. A Three Month is a creative month, good for relaxing and socializing. In a Four Month we should organize our time, look to details, be serious and work hard. In Personal Month Five we are enthusiastic; we can travel and try something new. The Six Month is good for fixing up our home and spending time with family. The Personal Month Seven is meant for patient waiting, reading, meditating, and rethinking our life. In an Eight Month we should concentrate on finance and business; there are good chances for success. The Personal Month Nine is meant to forget about ourselves and consider how we can be of service to others.

The numbers within the shorter monthly cycles have a similar, though less pronounced, impact on us than the longer yearly cycle has. On the other hand, the short cycles are noticed more than the long cycles, because the influences of long cycles tend to become unnoticed after a while (although they are still as powerful as ever).

A Personal Month begins and ends with the day of the month of one's birth, so it does not coincide with the calendar month, unless one was born on the first day of a month. The influence of a new Personal Month starts about two days before its onset, and is prolonged for two days after its offset.

We interpret the Personal Months cycles in the context of Personal Years and other long-term cycles.

By parallel examination of both Personal and Universal Month numbers we get more complete picture of the opportunities and challenges in the upcoming months.

CALCULATING THE PERSONAL MONTHS NUMBERS

In numerology, the number of Personal Month is derived by summing up the day of birth and the month of birth, and the current calendar month and calendar year.

First we add all the digits of one's birth day and birth month, and then reduce the sum to a single digit number. Then we sum the digits of the current month and current year, and again reduce the sum to a single digit number. Finally, we add both of the sums and then reduce the sum total (if necessary) until we get to a one-digit number (or a master number 11 or 22).

Example: Calculating a Personal Month in October 2016, for a person born on the 14th of June 1966:

1 + 4 + 6 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2
1 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 6 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1
2 + 1 = 3

PERSONAL DAY NUMBERS
-
our numbers for each day

Within the month, each day also has its own vibration, which effects our thinking and feeling at that time. These vibrations are reflected by our Personal Day numbers. If we know these numbers, we also know what to expect and how to act in days ahead of us.

Just as we evolve through nine-year and nine-month cycles, so, too, do we experience nine-day cycles of Personal Days. They bring to us the changes and the new possibilities each day.

A short description of a nine-day cycle: Day One is an active day, suitable for new beginnings. Personal Day Two requires cooperation with others. Day Three is best for having fun with others. Personal Day Four is meant for working on ongoing projects. Day Five is perfect for new things and adventures. Personal Day Six is best spent at home and with the family. Day Seven is ideal for planning, looking back, and evaluating. On the number Eight Day we can make many things happen. Personal Day Nine is a day for completing things, and for being compassionate.

The numbers within the shorter daily cycles have a similar, though less pronounced, impact on us than the longer yearly and monthly cycles. On the other hand, the Personal Days are noticed more because the influences of longer cycles tend to become unnoticed after a while.

A Personal Day begins and ends with the hour of one's birth - it does not start at midnight, unless one was also born at midnight. The influence of a new Personal Day starts an hour or two before its onset, and is prolonged for an hour or two after its offset.

We interpret the Personal Days cycles in the context of Personal Months and Personal Years.

We can think of yearly, monthly, and daily cycles as spirals within spirals, all interconnected. They widen and encompass greater sweeps of time - daily, monthly, and yearly patterns - thus becoming more profound and powerful as they grow.

By writing a diary and regularly observing our Personal Days, Months and Years numbers, we can recognize the important patterns in our life. This can be a great asset in making our short-term, medium-term and long-term decisions.

CALCULATING THE PERSONAL DAYS NUMBERS

The number of Personal Day is derived by summing up the day and the month of one's birth, and the current calendar day, month and year.

First we add all the digits of one's birth day and birth month, and then reduce the sum to a single digit number. Then we sum the digits of current day, month and year, and again reduce the sum to a single digit number. Finally, we add both of the sums and then reduce the sum total (if necessary) until we get to a one-digit number (or a master number 11 or 22).

Example: Calculating a Personal Day on 12th of October 2016, for a person born on the 14th of June 1966:

1 + 4 + 6 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2
1 + 2 + 1 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 6 = 13 = 1 + 3 = 4
2 + 4 = 6

UNIVERSAL YEAR NUMBERS
- global
energies that influence us throughout the year

At the beginning of each year, things change. Our internal urges shift. Our priorities may change. These changes are reflected by numerology numbers of Personal Year and Universal Year, which reveal to us what we can expect in a given year.

The numerological number of the Universal Year represents the general global "vibrations" that are felt by everybody in each calendar year. Its energy collectively influences all people and is setting the scene for world events and trends.

A short description of a nine-year universal cycle: Year One is a year of new beginnings. Year Two is year of integration and patient development. The universal year Three is good for active social life and communication. Year Four is for taking care of business, putting down roots. Year Five is the year of speculation and enthusiasm, breaking free. The Six year is for taking care of others, responsibility and obligation. Year Seven is the year of Sabbatical, quietude, examination and analysis, looking within. The Eight Universal Year is the year of taking control of our life, being tested and evaluated. Year Nine is the year of endings, tying up loose ends, letting go.

The Universal Year starts in January and ends in December (while the Personal Year starts on one's birthday each year). The influence of a new Universal Year is already felt about two months before its onset, while the old Universal Year slowly withers away.

By parallel examination of both Universal and Personal Year numbers we get more complete picture of the opportunities and challenges in given year. This gives us a more complete picture of the opportunities and challenges that await us in this year.

If numbers of our Personal Year and the Universal Year are the same, this could be very good and productive year for us. On the other hand, if these two numbers are numerologically incompatible we may feel hindered, because we try to go in one direction while the world influences move in opposite direction.

CALCULATING THE UNIVERSAL YEAR NUMBERS

In numerology, the number of Universal Year is derived by summing the digits of given calendar year. The sum is then reduced (if necessary) until we get to a one-digit number.

Example: Calculating the Universal Year for the 2056 calendar year:

2 + 0 + 5 + 6 = 13 = 1 + 3 = 4
